All fees are prepaid and non-refundable, including setup fees and domain registrations.

Where a pro-rata refund applies, it will be based on the remaining contract period.

If cancellation is requested by the customer, charges will apply based on completed work, including standard hourly rates.

No refunds will be provided if the customer violates our Terms of Service.

A $50 administrative fee will be applied for any unjustified chargebacks. Chargebacks without valid grounds may result in immediate account cancellation.

4. Domain Name & Website Ownership

Domain name registrations and related services are non-refundable after processing.

Any modifications to the domain name require registering a new domain, which may incur additional charges.

Customers wishing to change the website owner must request approval via email at info@onecraftdesign.com.

Customers may terminate their services by emailing info@onecraftdesign.com. The domain name remains the customer’s property.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure that all content, images, and materials provided for your website are legally owned or properly licensed.

You agree to indemnify OneCraftDesign against any claims arising from copyright infringement, defective products, or third-party disputes related to your website.

We are not responsible for any service disruptions caused by third-party providers, including hosting services, payment gateways, and merchant accounts.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We maintain communication regarding project progress via email and phone.

If a client fails to respond after five follow-up emails, it is their responsibility to check in for updates.
